The week
Planning a week
A Monday-to-Sunday plan that commits without freezing, rescheduling that resets the reminder and records the reason, and unplanned visits that still land inside the week everything else reads.
ReadCheck-in & location
Check-in and location are two separate settings, both off or optional by default, and switching location off makes the server discard the coordinates rather than asking the app not to send them.
ReadVisit forms
Author the form a rep fills in, publish it as an immutable version, and have every visit answer the version it was planned against — so a visit logged in March still reads as the form that was filled in.
ReadExpenses
Claim against the visit rather than against a month, with mileage computed from your own rate, receipts enforced at submission, and reimbursement that routes to payroll or to a manual queue depending on the person.
