Call intelligence · sales and interviews
A recording is not evidence. It is ninety minutes of homework.
Every tool in this category will record the call and hand you back a summary nobody reads. The thing that decides the deal was one sentence at minute thirty-one, and finding it means listening again.
So the call comes back as a list of quoted, timestamped facts — each one pressable, each one playing the moment it came from.
- Every fact carries the sentence it came from
- Coaching required to find real mistakes
- Consent recorded before a byte is stored
- Objection“We've been burned on migrations before.”unresolved · rep's answer quoted too
- Commitment“I'll get you the security questionnaire by Friday.”firm · theirs
- Competitor“We're running the same evaluation with two others.”an active comparison
- Pricing signal“Anything over fifty is a board conversation.”budget stated · USD 50,000
- Pain point“Month end takes my team four days.”high
Three answers a competitor does not have
The difference between a recording tool and an evidence layer.
Each of these is answerable here, and each is a page you can read before you ever speak to us.
What this category usually is
Recording is solved. Reading is not.
Conversation intelligence is a crowded category and the basics are commodity: join the call, store the audio, produce a transcript, generate a summary. Several products do that competently and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
Where they stop is at the point of use. A summary is a paraphrase, and a paraphrase cannot be acted on — a rep will not accept "the prospect raised pricing concerns" as a reason to change their forecast, and they are right not to. What changes behaviour is the sentence, and the second it was said at, so the disagreement is with the customer rather than with the software.
- Nothing here is a score on its own —
Every judgement opens into the quotes that produced it. A rep who disagrees can see which line they disagree with.
- Three measurements involve no model at all —
Share of the talking, longest unbroken stretch, and how often the turn changed — computed arithmetically from the timings, so they are identical whether the words came from audio or from a transcript file.
- It covers interviews as well as sales calls —
The same engine that returns a sales objection returns what a candidate actually claimed, and the follow-up nobody chased.
Getting a call in
Four doors, and one of them costs nothing to transcribe.
Upload the file. Drop in the transcript your meeting tool already wrote. Dial from inside the CRM. Or send the bot, which joins under its own name so nobody is recorded without seeing it happen.
The second door surprises people. If your meeting platform already produces a transcript, there is nothing left to transcribe — the evidence is extracted from a file you already have.
- Upload the recordingtranscribedconsent confirmed before a byte is stored
- Drop in the transcriptno transcription at allthe file your meeting tool already produced
- Dial from the CRMcaptured as it happensbrowser phone, or it rings your mobile and bridges
- Send the botand knows who was speakingit joins named, in the participant list
Consent is a refusal, not a checkbox
An upload is stopped before a single byte is stored unless consent is confirmed, and who confirmed it is recorded.
The bot is visible, by name
It appears in the participant list. Nobody is recorded covertly, and the attach step asks again.
An erasure request reaches the recording
Anonymising a contact is not enough — the audio, the transcript and the coaching quotes still carry that person's voice and words.
The whole module
Every capability, with a page that names the screen.
Written after reading how each one actually behaves — which is why each page tells you what it refuses to do as plainly as what it does.
Getting a call in
Governance
A call is evidence for whatever it was about.
Which is why this is not a separate product with its own login. The same engine sits under a sales pipeline and a hiring pipeline, and the evidence lands on the record that needed it.
Sales CRM
The objection nobody answered weights the deal in the forecast — and a deal with no calls is never marked down for the silence.
ExploreHiring
The interview comes back quoted: what the candidate claimed, the risk nobody probed, the follow-up that was promised and never chased.
ExploreCustomer success
A renewal conversation can hear what the last quarter actually sounded like, rather than reading a health score.
ExploreAsk Yukti
Ask a question across every call and get an answer with the moments it was built from — or an honest nothing when the evidence is not there.
ExploreQuestions that decide it
Including the ones about consent.
›Do we have to record everything?
No, and you should not. Everything the CRM does works without a single recording, and a deal with no calls is weighted neutrally in the forecast rather than marked down. Record where the evidence is worth having.
›How is consent handled?
An upload is refused until it is confirmed, and who confirmed it is recorded with the time and the address. The meeting bot is visible in the participant list under its own name. On dialled calls, the announcement to the other party is yours to configure and deliver — the platform does not make it for you, and you should treat that as a requirement rather than an option.
›What happens when somebody asks to be erased?
The recordings go, not just the contact record. The reasoning is written into the product: anonymising a contact leaves audio, a transcript and coaching quotes that still carry that person's voice and words.
›Who can listen to a colleague's call?
Access follows the permission to read calls. Be deliberate about who holds it — the coaching notes on a call are a more sensitive artefact than the recording itself.
›What languages does it handle?
Live transcription is configured for multilingual capture. The analysis and coaching are written in English today, so a call in another language will transcribe better than it coaches.
›Does it cost per call?
Processing has a real vendor cost and the product meters it per call, per operation, so you can see what it is. Pricing is a quote rather than a published rate.
Book a demo
Bring a call you have already had.
The third one is the shortest demo on this site, and the most uncomfortable.
- Upload it, or drop in the transcript your meeting tool already wrote
- Open the objections and press one to hear the moment
- Read what the coaching says the rep got wrong, with the quote
- Ask a question across every call you have and see what it cites
