What you get

The best sales training material you will ever have is already on your disk.

Nobody uses it, because finding the ninety seconds worth showing means listening to forty hours, and because a recording of a whole call is not a teaching object.

A range, with a note on it, is.

Sharing

A link to a moment, not to a recording.

Choose the range yourself — nothing auto-generates a highlight, because a highlight chosen by software is a highlight nobody stands behind.

The link can carry a password and an expiry, can be revoked, and counts its own views. Every failure returns the same not-found — wrong link, revoked, expired — so somebody trying links learns nothing from the difference.

  • The transcript is clipped to the range

Only the part you chose is shown.

  • Revoking is immediate

A link that has been passed on stops working the moment you withdraw it.

Training

Your own calls, annotated by a person, assigned to a team.

Mark a call as exemplary, as an anti-pattern, or as reference. Add the commentary that explains why, and highlight the moments inside it that carry the lesson. Collect them into a playlist, assign it with a date, and see who has actually worked through it.

The rule is stated and enforced: this never picks calls for you, never writes the commentary, and never marks somebody's assignment complete on their behalf. A library of automatically-chosen "great calls" is a library nobody trusts.

  • Items can be required or optional

And an assignment only completes when every required one has been acknowledged.

  • One annotation per call

Updated rather than accumulated, so a call has a single current verdict rather than a pile of opinions.

  • A retired annotation is a state, not a deletion

So a call that stopped being a good example keeps its history.

Can we share a moment with somebody outside the company?

That is what the link is for — it opens without an account. Use the password and the expiry when the content warrants it, and remember the call has a customer in it.

Does the assignee get chased?

They see their queue. Nothing in this module sends a reminder, which is deliberate and worth knowing if your training programme depends on nudges.

Is there a follow-up email drafted from a call?

Yes — built from the call, the recent emails on the deal and the recent activity, with an instruction that bans the generic openings by name and tells it to write something shorter asking the prospect to confirm rather than inventing detail when the transcript is thin.
