Analytics

Fifty-five cards, and the one that tells you something you did not ask.

Most recruitment reporting is a funnel chart and a time-to-hire number. Useful, and not enough to run an agency on.

The suites

Six questions, each answered by its own set.

Hover a suite to see what it answers.

Six suites · 56 cardsplus anomaly sweeps and natural-language questions

Output per recruiter, and a coaching card built from the patterns in their rejections.

  • Submissions to interview
  • Rejected-candidate patterns
  • Load and throughput
Illustrative · card counts are the shipped set
  • Every card opens

To the records behind it, because a number you cannot drill into is a number you will not act on.

  • Agency and corporate

The client-dimensional suite surfaces only where mode makes it relevant.

  • Anomaly sweeps

A change nobody queried, surfaced and dismissable.

  • Exportable where it matters

The vendor scorecard comes out as a PDF for the renewal conversation.

What buyers push on

Analytics questions worth asking any vendor.

Is this a dashboard nobody will open?

Probably, if you only have the dashboard. The part that changes behaviour is the anomaly sweep, which tells you about a change nobody queried — a reviewer who has stopped opening things, a role that stopped moving. A card you have to remember to check is a card you will not check.

Can we get our own questions answered, not just the built-in cards?

There is a plain-language surface over your records for the question you have not built a card for. It answers from what you are allowed to see, and it declines a question the data cannot ground rather than producing a confident number you would have repeated.

Do agency and in-house numbers get mixed together?

No. They separate on the mode set per role, so client work does not contaminate your own hiring funnel or the other way round.

Can we export it?

The views built for a meeting export — the per-vendor scorecard as a one-page PDF, the client tracker as a workbook. We would rather do a few exports properly than claim everything is exportable.

How current is it?

Computed when you open it rather than when an overnight job last ran, so the number on the screen is the number now.
