Most applicant trackers that say “Naukri” mean they can post a job to it. Resdex is the other thing — the resume database recruiters in that market actually work in — and searching it usually means a second tab, a manual download and a re-upload.
How it works in practice
Configure once, then search and import without leaving the role.
Credentials are stored per tenant and encrypted, and the configuration collapses to a one-line summary once it is verified. After that it is one page: the search form, the results, and an import button on each row. Profiles you have already imported show a link to the candidate instead, so you do not create the same person twice.

The import does not just create a row — it links to the unified person record, so somebody you met through a referral in 2024 and find on Resdex today is one human being with two origins, not two candidates.
- Your subscription, your credentials —
Resdex access is yours; we hold the configuration and never return the key once stored.
- Where they came from is on the record —
The source and the original reference are stamped on import, so which channel actually produces hires is answerable without anybody tagging anything.
Before you budget for it
Including two things it does not bring across.
›Does the CV come across?
No. The import writes the profile fields — who they are, how to reach them, where they are, their current company and their experience. The resume document itself does not come with it, and neither does the notice period shown in the search result. Both are worth knowing before you plan a sourcing workflow around it.
›Do we need our own Resdex subscription?
Yes. The integration uses your access; it does not resell or pool it.
›Does it post jobs to Naukri too?
Job posting and email-alert intake are separate surfaces. This page is about database search, which is the part most applicant trackers do not have.
›What happens if the same profile is already a candidate?
The row shows a link to the existing record rather than an import button. One person, one record — that rule holds across every sourcing channel.
