One board today is genuinely hands-off. For the others, the product records what you posted, where, and with what reference — so the knowledge lives in one place instead of in seven recruiters' memories.
What runs by itself
An Indeed feed that keeps itself current.
Your live roles are published as a feed at a stable address that Indeed crawls on its own schedule. Open a role and it appears; deactivate it and it drops. Nobody logs in, and nobody has to remember to take an old listing down — which is the failure mode that produces calls from candidates about roles you filled in March.
What is honest about the rest
A publishing log, not a publishing robot.
Ten boards are configured. For most of them the product does not post on your behalf: you finish the post on the board's own site, and the attempt is recorded here with its reference number, its status and any error. Two more can post directly, but only once your agency has been admitted to that board's own partner programme.
Every attempt is kept — win or lose, append-only. A re-publish adds a row rather than overwriting one, so “did anyone put this on shine?” has an answer that does not depend on who is in the office.

And a disabled board is a hard refusal on the server, not a hidden button in the interface.

A requisition can carry more than one posting, so an internal wording and a public one are the same business record.
Being straight about it
What this does not do.
›Does posting to all ten boards happen in one click?
No. Indeed is fed automatically. Two boards can be posted to directly once you hold partner access with them. For the remaining seven, the product records the attempt and you complete the post on the board's own site. We would rather say that here than have you discover it.
›Do applicants from job boards come back into the product automatically?
Not from the boards themselves. Applicants reach you through the boards' email alerts, which are parsed into candidate records, and through your own careers page. The board APIs do not return applicants to us today.
›Is there a Naukri posting integration?
No. Naukri appears here as database search and as email-alert intake. Posting to Naukri is not built.
›Why ship adapters that do not post by themselves?
Because the alternative is seven recruiters each keeping their own spreadsheet of where a role went. A logged attempt with a reference number is worth more than nothing, and it is honest about what happened.
